I help adults with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma by using informed dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-informed CBT (TF-CBT), and mindfulness. I draw from attachment and psychodynamic theory as well. I will listen using my training, and provide targeted compassionate feedback. I will share my knowledge of the brain, trauma, mindfulness, and attachment when needed.
I have worked with many people to develop therapeutic goals and move towards achieving them. Clients I have worked with in the past have experienced: less anxiety and depression; developed ways to manage and cope with emotions; and reported greater connection to themselves and others.
