ABOUT ME

I am a licensed National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) who values personal growth, introspection, and learning.

Born and raised in Upstate New York, I have lived and worked in Burlington, Vermont, and New York City, and now Austin, Texas. I offer individual therapy to children, teens, and adults. My approach is fueled by compassion and acceptance. I tailor my approach to your unique developmental needs. I am passionate about play therapy; evidence based practices; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); and mindfulness. ​

PLAY THERAPY FOR CHILDREN

Children express themselves differently than adults and often do not have the words to express themselves.

Adolescence is a period in human development of many changes. Adolescents are moving towards greater independence, exploring who they are and who they want to be.

ADULT TELEHEALTH

I help adults with anxiety and depression by using informed dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.
