A Bit About Me:
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and Nationally Board Certified Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Northern Vermont University. My clinical work centers on children, adolescents, and young adults, integrating Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to support healing and development.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over five years as a Behavior Interventionist in the Burlington School District in Vermont, working with children facing complex diagnoses and behavioral challenges. That experience laid a strong foundation for my clinical approach, which is developmentally responsive, behaviorally informed, and rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are.
I've worked across diverse settings—from school-based programs to outpatient clinics—in Vermont, New York City, and Austin, and I now supervise in Texas. These experiences continue to shape how I support both clients and supervisees: with creativity, compassion, and clinical integrity.
As a supervisor, I am trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and committed to helping clinicians grow with confidence, curiosity, and clarity. My own experience as a client deeply influences my belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship—and in supervision as a space where clinicians can feel safe, seen, and supported in becoming their most authentic professional selves.
And yes—I absolutely love play therapy. Some of the most unexpected breakthroughs happen when we allow space for play, presence, and permission to simply be. It’s this same spirit I bring to supervision: structure with flexibility, clinical depth with a sense of openness, and theory paired with real-world application.
Ready to Work Together?
If you’re an LPC Associate or Registered Play Therapy Candidate looking for a supervisor who values curiosity, creativity, and authenticity, I’d love to connect! I’m currently accepting new supervisees.
